<ul>
<li>Low tack, flexible masking film</li>
<li>Soft peel, removes without residue</li>
<li>Matt finish, can be drawn on</li>
<li>Ideal for airbrushing, painting, stenciling and drawing applications</li>
<li>Can be cut by hand or with a blade</li>
<li>Great for manual die cutting.</li>
</ul>
<br />
Use X-Press It Mask It to build scenes with natural depth on your stamping projects.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-rqeBeUgMrkI/VfbQsqTZHdI/AAAAAAAAFL8/8NRimjXLuvQ/s1600/XP%2BSept%2BEM%2B01.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="304" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-rqeBeUgMrkI/VfbQsqTZHdI/AAAAAAAAFL8/8NRimjXLuvQ/s320/XP%2BSept%2BEM%2B01.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Step 1: Stamp Images</b><br />
Use a permanent ink to stamp images directly onto X-Press It Mask It, allow it to dry naturally before cutting out the images, which will be your masks for the stamping process.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-tQZWIoV57pE/VfbQq2IvZeI/AAAAAAAAFL4/eN2VYsDWUrk/s1600/XP%2BSept%2BEM%2B%2B02.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-tQZWIoV57pE/VfbQq2IvZeI/AAAAAAAAFL4/eN2VYsDWUrk/s320/XP%2BSept%2BEM%2B%2B02.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Step 2: Stamp Foreground Images</b><br />
Stamp the images that you want to sit in the foreground of your stamped scene<br />
Here I have stamped a butterfly as the key image and the first run of grass at the bottom of the scene<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-b-WE-J1B6m0/VfbQtQ-uywI/AAAAAAAAFMI/2UoZa4nh1Rs/s1600/XP%2BSept%2BEM%2B%2B03.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="299" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-b-WE-J1B6m0/VfbQtQ-uywI/AAAAAAAAFMI/2UoZa4nh1Rs/s320/XP%2BSept%2BEM%2B%2B03.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Step 3: Stamp First Background Images</b><br />
Place your hand cut masks over the stamped images, you can see in this photo that it is easy to line up the masks with the stamped images, and because the mask has been cut from an impression of the stamped image it becomes a perfect mask. Stamp the round flower and second run of grass the your scene, the mask stops ink from over-stamping the images you have chosen for the foreground.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3lEC41Aqr7w/VfbQuvOV5LI/AAAAAAAAFMQ/UTquteyAiW8/s1600/XP%2BSept%2BEM%2B04.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="313" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3lEC41Aqr7w/VfbQuvOV5LI/AAAAAAAAFMQ/UTquteyAiW8/s320/XP%2BSept%2BEM%2B04.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Step 4: Stamp Second Background Images</b><br />
Apply the second series mask (round flower) to then provide another opportunity to place more flowers in a deeper background position in your stamped scene.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-aMzWBU8OyrM/VfbQv-WnyZI/AAAAAAAAFMY/kVCfXdwJuXo/s1600/XP%2BSept%2BEM%2B05.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="309" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-aMzWBU8OyrM/VfbQv-WnyZI/AAAAAAAAFMY/kVCfXdwJuXo/s320/XP%2BSept%2BEM%2B05.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Step 5: Define Stamp Positions with Colour</b><br />
The layers of the one layer image have definition because the stamps sit behind the feature images.<br />
This is emphasised when colour is added to your scene, you can see here that the butterfly sits at the front of the scene and the grass sits to the front of the flower stems.<br />
<br />
Mask It is easy to stamp, cut, and reapply time and time again, its soft nature allows for accurate cutting and easy placement in all stamping projects, its ultra-fine film allows for perfectly stamped impressions too!Edna Morrisediehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10626413312523195919noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8631700012689120712.post-17308133421583179392015-09-02T09:00:00.000+10:002015-09-02T09:00:02.425+10:00X-Press It Sticky Foil<ul> <li>Sticky foil tread plate is a durable foil with an industrial looking tread plate design embossed into the surface. </li> <li>The Sticky Foil is a self adhesive foil making it easy to cut and stick.</li> <li>Sticky foil can be cut with scissors, knife of die cutter.</li> <li>Available in A3 or A4 sizes.</li></ul> <p><a href="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-0YNPj4GUNvY/VdmjLMTM5tI/AAAAAAAAjTY/lzXrwewt9qs/s1600-h/SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_1%25255B3%25255D.jpg"><img title="SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_1" style="border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px" border="0" alt="SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_1" src="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-4v8lid6KBzU/VdmjML7L2RI/AAAAAAAAjTg/0JYpAjeMwIQ/SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_1_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" width="404" height="404"></a></p> <p>Creating a storage unit (or unique gift packaging) for Dad is easy with X-Press It's Sticky Foil.<br>Cut a recycled cardboard box into the shape you require<br>Then cover the sides with sheets of Sticky Foil.</p> <p><a href="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-bt0GDw5HqBM/VdmjNJlLQaI/AAAAAAAAjTo/3M3Ofxah2ig/s1600-h/SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_2%25255B3%25255D.jpg"><img title="SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_2" style="border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px" border="0" alt="SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_2" src="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-WCdZvI3Hask/VdmjNynTmTI/AAAAAAAAjTw/1qk4mb0xGFM/SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_2_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" width="404" height="404"></a></p> <p>Make sure you cover the edges with tape as the edges can be sharp.</p> <p><a href="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-UMx-BB2Ovtk/VdmjPu1dDUI/AAAAAAAAjT4/0FoCYot1Orw/s1600-h/SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_5%25255B3%25255D.jpg"><img title="SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_5" style="border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px" border="0" alt="SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_5" src="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-xeg7jqtU6c4/VdmjQrrMZEI/AAAAAAAAjUA/pXESM3Xw8bw/SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_5_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" width="404" height="404"></a></p> <p>Great gift idea for storage.</p> <p><a href="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-miFDRI8UvnY/VdmjSbtY3LI/AAAAAAAAjUI/8hrG-XVGF3I/s1600-h/SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_3%25255B3%25255D.jpg"><img title="SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_3" style="border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px" border="0" alt="SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_3" src="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-fkUaRwBNb_o/VdmjTMEYRWI/AAAAAAAAjUQ/iR7g84G3whg/SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_3_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" width="404" height="404"></a></p> <p>Or a great packaging idea for your Father's Day gift.</p> <p><a href="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-7kQe7BIo5Y0/VdmjVdOpOVI/AAAAAAAAjUY/Zwt_OM_-6Hw/s1600-h/SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_4%25255B3%25255D.jpg"><img title="SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_4" style="border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px" border="0" alt="SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_4" src="http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-qVb5wyhByu4/VdmjWISyCDI/AAAAAAAAjUg/cmo2waz727Q/SharmaineKruijver_X-PressIt_StickyFoil_4_thumb.jpg?imgmax=800" width="404" height="404"></a></p> Unknownnoreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8631700012689120712.post-91202135679301009482015-08-19T09:00:00.000+10:002015-08-19T09:00:00.733+10:00X-Press It Glue Marker -- Ways to Use It<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-_mD4XwQ22bo/VdCOrlR0UhI/AAAAAAAAFLA/i2iUHzOEyus/s1600/XP%2BAug%2BGlitter.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="208" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-_mD4XwQ22bo/VdCOrlR0UhI/AAAAAAAAFLA/i2iUHzOEyus/s320/XP%2BAug%2BGlitter.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Application 1: Glitter</b><br />
Run a glue marker at the edge of card and cover with glitter to add a sparkling border.<br />
Write words with a glue marker and cover with glitter to bring the word to life.<br />
A great way to add your own handwriting to your projects.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ON736-6oSjc/VdCOs5AH-jI/AAAAAAAAFLM/TxATQt9tIzc/s1600/XP%2BAug%2BLace.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="183" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ON736-6oSjc/VdCOs5AH-jI/AAAAAAAAFLM/TxATQt9tIzc/s320/XP%2BAug%2BLace.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Application 2: Fabric and Ribbons</b><br />
Secure the top of a piece of fine lace with a line of Glue Marker across the front of a card.<br />
Follow the scallop of the lace with a Glue Marker for precision finishing on fabric elements.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-GSPUiFQx6Kk/VdCOvauJBVI/AAAAAAAAFLc/Ylcv8X0h-8o/s1600/XP%2BAug%2BRhinestones.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="186" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-GSPUiFQx6Kk/VdCOvauJBVI/AAAAAAAAFLc/Ylcv8X0h-8o/s320/XP%2BAug%2BRhinestones.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Application 3: Rhinestones</b><br />
Secure rhinestones that come without a sticky back anywhere on your projects with a dot of Glue Marker.<br />
Making lines of rhinestones or scrolls of different sized gems is easily achieved with the same application of Glue Marker.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ezfvcGQ0pgk/VdCOuUMC3UI/AAAAAAAAFLU/9oNDgQPKiVk/s1600/XP%2BAug%2BPaper.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="224" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ezfvcGQ0pgk/VdCOuUMC3UI/AAAAAAAAFLU/9oNDgQPKiVk/s320/XP%2BAug%2BPaper.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Application 4: Fine Paper</b><br />
Cover a surface with Glue Marker and scrunch tissue paper across the front, the thin layer of glue is perfect for gentle application of fine papers and such. In this sample I have applied the ink after securing the paper, so that the crushed paper picks up the ink.<br />
You can also use the Glue Marker around the edge of a piece of card and lay the tissue paper down flat.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-HJFRCLh0JKQ/VdCOwxGCftI/AAAAAAAAFLk/UUBtWoFwZfg/s1600/XP%2BAug%2BString.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-HJFRCLh0JKQ/VdCOwxGCftI/AAAAAAAAFLk/UUBtWoFwZfg/s320/XP%2BAug%2BString.jpg" width="296" /></a></div>
<b>Application 5: String</b><br />
Scroll a line of Glue Marker across your project to add fine twine details.<br />
Use free form scrolls, or add strings to balloons and such. The Glue Marker's bond is strong, just hold in place for 20 seconds or so and the string will be secure enough to hold and dry in place.<br />
<br />
Glue Markers are truly versatile and a must for your creative tool kit, I recommend one standard Glue Marker and one Wide Glue Marker to provide the versatility needed to achieve fine work and coverage for your projects.<br />

<b>X-Press It Stencil Sheets:</b><br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>Low tack vinyl, removes without residue</li>
<li>Perfect for positive or negative masks</li>
<li>Extra thick, reuse over & over again</li>
<li>Suitable for hand cut stencils</li>
<li>Great for computer or manual die cutting</li>
<li>Use for airbrushing, painting, etching, sandblasting & more</li>
</ul>
<br />
<br />
Mix up lettering for stencilling using two different methods to cut X-Press It Stencil Sheets. Choose a well known quote, or mix up a well known quote like the one chosen here.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-N3Mqc9hrIB4/VatZviC7fzI/AAAAAAAAFIc/N_aH9JCyOqU/s1600/XPJuly%2B1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="267" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-N3Mqc9hrIB4/VatZviC7fzI/AAAAAAAAFIc/N_aH9JCyOqU/s320/XPJuly%2B1.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Step 1:</b><br />
Print lettering onto standard copy paper using a printer and cut out sections from a piece of an X-Press It Double Sided Adhesive Sheet to match the size of the lettering.<br />
Peel the back off the Double Sided Adhesive and fix to the front of an X-Press It Stencil Sheet.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ZsEpDCcG0ZI/VatcjLGhAWI/AAAAAAAAFJc/XZ_1mfxSspo/s1600/XPJuly%2B3.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="286" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ZsEpDCcG0ZI/VatcjLGhAWI/AAAAAAAAFJc/XZ_1mfxSspo/s320/XPJuly%2B3.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Step 2:</b><br />
Peel the top protection sheet from the Double Sided Adhesive and secure the printed words directly to the face of the Stencil Sheet.<br />
You can now hand cut the letters with a sharp pair of scissors to make individual letter masks for use on your artwork.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-aZn8cueR3yA/VatchNVkmzI/AAAAAAAAFJI/H_jZnO-n-jA/s1600/XPJuly%2B2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="261" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-aZn8cueR3yA/VatchNVkmzI/AAAAAAAAFJI/H_jZnO-n-jA/s320/XPJuly%2B2.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Step 3:</b><br />
Cut alternative styled letters using a Die Cutting Machine and Letter Dies.<br />
Cut the entire alphabet so that you have all letters on hand for future projects, keep them on the backing sheet that comes with the Stencil Sheets for easy storage.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-JsOVnjEErAU/Vatch9P8vCI/AAAAAAAAFJQ/V9Zqy9gvlfo/s1600/XPJuly%2B4.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="256" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-JsOVnjEErAU/Vatch9P8vCI/AAAAAAAAFJQ/V9Zqy9gvlfo/s320/XPJuly%2B4.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Step 4:</b><br />
Position your lettering onto a wood block, you can see the two different types of stencils in this picture. Die cut remains the colour of the Stencil Sheet, hand cut looks like your printed letters as it has the letters stuck to the top of the Stencil Sheet with the Double Sided Adhesive.<br />
Use washi tape as a guide line, rather than drawing a line with a pencil on your wood, makes clean up easier.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-sV5IT9G3T4I/VatcjgsUvDI/AAAAAAAAFJg/LcnQtxkYgLA/s1600/XPJuly%2B5.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="304" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-sV5IT9G3T4I/VatcjgsUvDI/AAAAAAAAFJg/LcnQtxkYgLA/s320/XPJuly%2B5.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Step 5:</b><br />
Spray paint the wood and peel back the stencils to reveal the finished artwork.<br />
Keep your stencils to use over and over again!<br />
Make a single artwork, or a series of signs for a special event...<br />

<li>Water-based thick gel glue</li>
<li>Acid free & non-toxic</li>
<li>Dries clear & glossy</li>
<li>Fast drying</li>
<li>Not stringy - no mess</li>
<li>Extra fine applicator</li>
<li>Strong grip</li>
</ul>
<br />
Use on paper, cardboard, textiles, wood, metal, leather, foam, polystyrene and some plastics.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-o6sor2H0un4/VYegw3OTIzI/AAAAAAAAFHY/MU1ZBCceP74/s1600/XPJune%2BCGG%2B1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="244" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-o6sor2H0un4/VYegw3OTIzI/AAAAAAAAFHY/MU1ZBCceP74/s320/XPJune%2BCGG%2B1.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b style="text-align: center;">Application 1</b><br />
X-Press It Clear Gel Glue can also be brushed on to create a glossy finish. You can do this over the top of coloured chipboard, or like I have done here over the top of a stamped and coloured butterfly. X-Press It Clear Gel Glue self-settles, so this means you can brush on and walk away and when you come back the surface will be smooth and void of brush strokes. Simply wash brushes with water immediately after use.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-zQuuDioWVEE/VYegwtNytHI/AAAAAAAAFHc/UFKArhbd7jM/s1600/XPJune%2BCGG%2B2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="284" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-zQuuDioWVEE/VYegwtNytHI/AAAAAAAAFHc/UFKArhbd7jM/s320/XPJune%2BCGG%2B2.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Application 2</b><br />
X-Press It Clear Gel Glue can be used to adhere small elements such as sequins and beads, or like I have done here to pile micro beads together to form 3D centres for flowers. Simply squeeze a small pile of Clear Gel Glue and roll your beads into the glue before transferring to your project.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2MKhGcuH4jI/VYegvYYRvSI/AAAAAAAAFHQ/MuFkxilvVck/s1600/XPJune%2BCGG%2B3.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="133" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2MKhGcuH4jI/VYegvYYRvSI/AAAAAAAAFHQ/MuFkxilvVck/s320/XPJune%2BCGG%2B3.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Application 3</b><br />
X-Press It Clear Gel Glue is the perfect adhesive for small jobs too, the fine nozzle allows for pointed application like adhering multiple layers of a die cut word, which gives the effect of die cut chipboard and adds extra texture to your work.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-l01YboOuz4w/VYegyZCH9pI/AAAAAAAAFHo/kf9IWkzO_RA/s1600/XPJune%2BCGG%2B4.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="162" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-l01YboOuz4w/VYegyZCH9pI/AAAAAAAAFHo/kf9IWkzO_RA/s320/XPJune%2BCGG%2B4.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<b>Application 4</b><br />
X-Press It Clear Gel Glue is fantastic with ribbon, yarn and twines of all varieties, apply strategically to hold in place, or cover your twine for an all over gloss effect. Use Clear Gel Glue to items such as buttons and metal embellishments too.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-xtRbqzdjS-M/VYegz31dltI/AAAAAAAAFHw/JF5SwddHmVE/s1600/XPJune%2BCGG%2B5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-xtRbqzdjS-M/VYegz31dltI/AAAAAAAAFHw/JF5SwddHmVE/s320/XPJune%2BCGG%2B5.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<b>Application 5</b><br />
Importantly X-Press It Clear Gel Glue dries quickly. Once I had built my elements and given the gloss a few minutes to dry, each element was secured to the card front with the same adhesive. You only need to apply a small amount of X-Press It Clear Gel Glue to each element and position straight away. For larger elements ensure air bubbles are removed by applying firm, even pressure, in moments your elements will be adhered!<br />

<br />
<ul>
<li>Water based</li>
<li>Acid free and non-toxic</li>
<li>Dries clear</li>
<li>Fast drying</li>
<li>Matt finish</li>
<li>Excellent hold.</li>
</ul>
<br />
<br />
TripleTac glue is really a multipurpose medium that can be used on paper, canvas, cardboard, wood, metal, leather and some plastics, just like today's photo transfer onto a canvas.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-hl55AqWJh0c/VWHHnGWCOPI/AAAAAAAAFGU/0HvuQFTpQzc/s1600/IMG_6260.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="200" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-hl55AqWJh0c/VWHHnGWCOPI/AAAAAAAAFGU/0HvuQFTpQzc/s200/IMG_6260.JPG" width="195" /></a></div>
<b>Materials</b><br />
X-Press It TripleTac Glue<br />
X-Press It 6x6 Canvas<br />
Paint Brush<br />
Photo printed to size<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kTrDET8miPk/VWHHnCNrLcI/AAAAAAAAFGQ/nItZvWiDu2Y/s1600/IMG_6261.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="200" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kTrDET8miPk/VWHHnCNrLcI/AAAAAAAAFGQ/nItZvWiDu2Y/s200/IMG_6261.JPG" width="183" /></a></div>
<b>Step 1:</b><br />
Apply a generous coat of TripleTac to the surface that your are transferring the image onto (or direct to the photo).<br />
<br />
Images printed from a laser printer (or patterned paper) will give the best result, however, images printed on a line printer will still work if you let dry overnight, or use a heat gun to set the ink.<br />
<br />
Place the image onto the coated surface facedown and allow to dry (24 hours is recommended, or use a heat gun).<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-fTb00E5Y1ns/VWHN4Yi9sdI/AAAAAAAAFGo/ffQla7yiBGA/s1600/IMG_6262.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="191" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-fTb00E5Y1ns/VWHN4Yi9sdI/AAAAAAAAFGo/ffQla7yiBGA/s200/IMG_6262.JPG" width="200" /></a></div>
<b>Step 2:</b><br />
Using a small amount of water, gently rub the back of the paper with a wet finger or clot, until the paper starts to pill.<br />
<br />
Continue wetting and rubbing until the image is revealed.<br />
<br />
To avoid patchy results take care not to rub too much in the one area.<br />
<br />

<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-tPNuCYviJtg/VWHN5K22DvI/AAAAAAAAFGw/CDcxMls0HZc/s1600/IMG_6263.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="173" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-tPNuCYviJtg/VWHN5K22DvI/AAAAAAAAFGw/CDcxMls0HZc/s200/IMG_6263.JPG" width="200" /></a></div>
<b>Step 3:</b><br />
Apply a second coat of TripleTace to seal the image.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-eQVh9c3B5EU/VWHPi6dKr3I/AAAAAAAAFG8/QwXjm-A32ew/s1600/IMG_6265.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="175" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-eQVh9c3B5EU/VWHPi6dKr3I/AAAAAAAAFG8/QwXjm-A32ew/s200/IMG_6265.JPG" width="200" /></a></div>
TripleTac Glue can transform each and every one of your precious memories onto a canvas, leave the canvas as a traditional photo, or dress with embellishments.<br />

<b><span style="font-family: inherit;">Step 1:</span></b><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br />
Position your first colour of Deco Tape. You could create a horizontal, vertical or diagonal pattern. Your first line is important as the rest of your lines will be positioned around it.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br />
Gently run your finger of the line of tape to ensure that it is in contact with your journal.</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2wLRafkQDJ0/VUb5RKPo7rI/AAAAAAAAA4g/QIozgrUCgno/s1600/step%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><img border="0" height="255" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2wLRafkQDJ0/VUb5RKPo7rI/AAAAAAAAA4g/QIozgrUCgno/s1600/step%2B3.jpg" width="320" /></span></a></div>
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;">Step 2:</span></b><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">To create a neat finish, cut the roll of tape off by running your knife along the edge of your journal.</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-qa59DWTU_K8/VUb5SMvDoRI/AAAAAAAAA4o/BVh4U36gKVc/s1600/step%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><img border="0" height="255" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-qa59DWTU_K8/VUb5SMvDoRI/AAAAAAAAA4o/BVh4U36gKVc/s1600/step%2B4.jpg" width="320" /></span></a></div>
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;">Step 3:</span></b><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Repeat the same process, alternating colours of Deco Tape, leaving a small gap between. The black lines coming through, makes the glitter pop!</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ACenU69L8Rk/VUb5ekR49RI/AAAAAAAAA5A/-OZi8JHlwFc/s1600/step%2B5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><img border="0" height="255" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ACenU69L8Rk/VUb5ekR49RI/AAAAAAAAA5A/-OZi8JHlwFc/s1600/step%2B5.jpg" width="320" /></span></a></div>
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;">Finished Project</span></b><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">After filling the entire space, you'll end up with something like this. Your journal is sure to stand out from the crowd!</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-PIuWarkz2ps/VUb5dIGf_MI/AAAAAAAAA44/uFinVzTgbV4/s1600/step%2B6.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><img border="0" height="255" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-PIuWarkz2ps/VUb5dIGf_MI/AAAAAAAAA44/uFinVzTgbV4/s1600/step%2B6.jpg" width="320" /></span></a></div>

It's time to use your basics to glam up simple stamped images for a card… you can have every fancy cutting tool known to man but a simple swipe of glue to hold glitter, and varied layers of tape to set different heights across your card front should never be underestimated!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
All you need to start this simple project is X-Press It double sided adhesive tape and foam tape, in any width but I used 6mm, plus a trusty X-Press It Glue Marker, or Markers in my case… Importantly, select one part of your main stamped image and double stamp it, so that you can stack it up paper tole style… see below I stamped and cut out a section of the skirt on the pink dress… and then a separate banner and flower were also stamped and fussy cut:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-TRSIoPMB_yw/VSPaSnoVRRI/AAAAAAAAFEU/M3nmFuJrQx4/s1600/IMG_6225.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-TRSIoPMB_yw/VSPaSnoVRRI/AAAAAAAAFEU/M3nmFuJrQx4/s1600/IMG_6225.JPG" height="223" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
With the images as a starting point I cut a card base so that it had a 6mm overhang and run the Wide Glue Marker around the outside edge so that I could add a glitter detail to the outside edge of the card:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-LySBiZxS85c/VSPaTOXcIzI/AAAAAAAAFEY/-Ky9tIx1JVA/s1600/IMG_6226.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-LySBiZxS85c/VSPaTOXcIzI/AAAAAAAAFEY/-Ky9tIx1JVA/s1600/IMG_6226.JPG" height="257" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
Once the base is all glittered up it is time to add tape to the different stamped elements, mixing up flat double sided tape with foam tape, and doubled up foam tape provides for different heights across the card. If you look closely below you can see: single foam tape on the square stamped image and dress, doubled up foam tape on the flower elements and simple double sided tape on the banner:<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-UVkZEl8HdhQ/VSPaTao2FSI/AAAAAAAAFEc/erSNMI-wOQc/s1600/IMG_6227.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-UVkZEl8HdhQ/VSPaTao2FSI/AAAAAAAAFEc/erSNMI-wOQc/s1600/IMG_6227.JPG" height="213" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-a1uyIkQ_JPQ/VSPaWkIfjxI/AAAAAAAAFE0/SUe-g_8rQoo/s1600/IMG_6229.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-a1uyIkQ_JPQ/VSPaWkIfjxI/AAAAAAAAFE0/SUe-g_8rQoo/s1600/IMG_6229.JPG" height="278" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
When you place the skirt on top of the main image, and then the main image to the card front you get a nice lift for both of these, the largest elements of the card front:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-OFH0k0RNjAw/VSPaVztMYuI/AAAAAAAAFEs/YWAiRDqih_g/s1600/IMG_6231.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-OFH0k0RNjAw/VSPaVztMYuI/AAAAAAAAFEs/YWAiRDqih_g/s1600/IMG_6231.JPG" height="139" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Mix up the levels with a banner that is set flat against the base image, and then extra POP on the flower thanks to the doubled up foam tape:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Wim17Wz_8Fw/VSPaW2J7bsI/AAAAAAAAFE4/09KVzA-Y4wA/s1600/IMG_6233.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Wim17Wz_8Fw/VSPaW2J7bsI/AAAAAAAAFE4/09KVzA-Y4wA/s1600/IMG_6233.JPG" height="169" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Continue the sprinkling of shine by adding more glitter to the highest point in your card, the flower element:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-foKcWm8SLlQ/VSPaaG6EYCI/AAAAAAAAFFE/sGGSx6mI9-Y/s1600/IMG_6234.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-foKcWm8SLlQ/VSPaaG6EYCI/AAAAAAAAFFE/sGGSx6mI9-Y/s1600/IMG_6234.JPG" height="292" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
A few extra sprinkles go a long way to bringing all the shine together… the dimension between the glittered edge on the card base and main image provide for maximum light to catch this little detail too:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-bPUX5opm1kQ/VSPaj2CVCoI/AAAAAAAAFFU/hRluZnsBH48/s1600/IMG_6236.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-bPUX5opm1kQ/VSPaj2CVCoI/AAAAAAAAFFU/hRluZnsBH48/s1600/IMG_6236.JPG" height="351" width="400" /></a></div>

Well today is a little bit of fun, and a gentle reminder that all things are possible with the wonders of X-Press It Double Sided Tape, if you had nothing else left in your adhesive stash this little product will be able to solve all of your sticky situations!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I punched a few little envelopes from FabScraps Papers for today's mini project, it is great to use double sided papers for this as you get a pattern on the inside of the envelope as well:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-W_tz0mnd3GY/VQBICO7lM2I/AAAAAAAAE_k/yqNQeoYSJqY/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B01%2BStart.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-W_tz0mnd3GY/VQBICO7lM2I/AAAAAAAAE_k/yqNQeoYSJqY/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B01%2BStart.JPG" height="302" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
All you need to secure the envelope is a run of 6mm Double Sided Tape on the lower edge of the two front flaps:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3Y6Cc7TlVtM/VQBIC09uwWI/AAAAAAAAE_s/_7K6zM50O3U/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B02%2BEnvelope%2BTape.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3Y6Cc7TlVtM/VQBIC09uwWI/AAAAAAAAE_s/_7K6zM50O3U/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B02%2BEnvelope%2BTape.JPG" height="328" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
They secure nicely, firm and confident that they are going to stay:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kJszfmBDgV0/VQBIDn6NzyI/AAAAAAAAE_w/-rvpiMp8P1M/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B03%2BEnvelope%2BFinish.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kJszfmBDgV0/VQBIDn6NzyI/AAAAAAAAE_w/-rvpiMp8P1M/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B03%2BEnvelope%2BFinish.JPG" height="325" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Some little envelopes need some fun little messages, these little notes will be fun to send to a few little ladies in the post:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7MHvQMe5nqE/VQBIEzC67wI/AAAAAAAAE_8/jjvXXD87UMk/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B04%2BNotes.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7MHvQMe5nqE/VQBIEzC67wI/AAAAAAAAE_8/jjvXXD87UMk/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B04%2BNotes.JPG" height="213" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
They fit nicely in the mini envelope and the tape holds the paper securely when the notecards are inserted:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-en7gxm9ILt4/VQBIGFAQluI/AAAAAAAAFAE/puzcqRiX8gM/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B05%2BNotes%2Bin%2BEnv.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-en7gxm9ILt4/VQBIGFAQluI/AAAAAAAAFAE/puzcqRiX8gM/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B05%2BNotes%2Bin%2BEnv.jpg" height="250" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When you have used fancy paper to make envelopes you want a simple but special seal for the back closure, today I have used simple white tissue paper with a strip of 12mm Double Sided Tape, simple press the tape onto the tissue paper and run your knife along the long edges to separate the tape from the sheet of tissue paper:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-S-0LvI4DmKY/VQBIHTDSMxI/AAAAAAAAFAM/CxE3t2LaCCI/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B06%2BTissue%2BWashi.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-S-0LvI4DmKY/VQBIHTDSMxI/AAAAAAAAFAM/CxE3t2LaCCI/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B06%2BTissue%2BWashi.JPG" height="341" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I like to rip my Double Sided Tape, and for the faux washi this is a great look:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-TvtZO0OQNi0/VQBIKFV8HyI/AAAAAAAAFAc/AFI_dbY0P78/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B07%2BTissue%2BWashi%2BSeals.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-TvtZO0OQNi0/VQBIKFV8HyI/AAAAAAAAFAc/AFI_dbY0P78/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B07%2BTissue%2BWashi%2BSeals.JPG" height="346" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
It is not that I have run out of X-Press It Double Sided Adhesive Sheets, I always keep a good stash, but I thought I would show how quick you can build a little square of adhesive to cut out a die cut with a few passes of Double Sided Tape:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-lnMHHta75bI/VQBIImevjeI/AAAAAAAAFAU/58KMAh5mk1Y/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B08%2BTape%2Bfor%2BDie.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-lnMHHta75bI/VQBIImevjeI/AAAAAAAAFAU/58KMAh5mk1Y/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B08%2BTape%2Bfor%2BDie.JPG" height="237" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
It cuts like butter and leaves little if any residue when pushed through a die cutting machine:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-eVmpk9JlrB8/VQBILeOhYjI/AAAAAAAAFAk/_9ok9yRRWZg/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B09%2BCut%2BTape.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-eVmpk9JlrB8/VQBILeOhYjI/AAAAAAAAFAk/_9ok9yRRWZg/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B09%2BCut%2BTape.JPG" height="319" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So the little tag lets me know which envelope is for which little lady, and there is no risk of the label falling off now that it is secured with Double Sided Tape:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jzKUkCFK5Ag/VQBIQpBR4dI/AAAAAAAAFAs/NfS2zJkcnek/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B11%2BSNEAK.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jzKUkCFK5Ag/VQBIQpBR4dI/AAAAAAAAFAs/NfS2zJkcnek/s1600/XPMARCH11%2B11%2BSNEAK.JPG" height="320" width="308" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This little group of messages is now ready for delivery, with thanks to X-Press It Double Sided Tape:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Today's little tutorial is a lesson in the basics, it's great to get back to multiple uses for your basic supplies, enjoy!</div>

This week I got to play with some trusty X-Press It favourites, but with fancy new packaging!! Clear Gel and TripleTac Glue are two of the three most used products in my creative space, behind X-Press It 6mm Double-Sided Tape… and today I put them to tried and tested use in building a cover for my latest X-Press It Mixed Media Journal. Here they are in all of their new packaging glory:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-xUwVJmmNWmM/VOnZ1tSAc3I/AAAAAAAAE8k/snp6Nrvhlps/s1600/XPFEB2%2B01%2BSTART.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-xUwVJmmNWmM/VOnZ1tSAc3I/AAAAAAAAE8k/snp6Nrvhlps/s1600/XPFEB2%2B01%2BSTART.JPG" height="388" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Given this will be a journal that I will fill with Mixed Media I opted to let the cover tell of the intended contents and mixed papers, tapes, paint, ink and other odds to bring this cover to life, starting with some FabScraps Papers and vintage papers from an old cross word dictionary… which is fun to use especially if you pull out pages with words that relate to your project:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-FKDAqfOZsrQ/VOnZ2ERoXnI/AAAAAAAAE8s/xLuWoCmkaDo/s1600/XPFEB2%2B02%2BPAPER.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-FKDAqfOZsrQ/VOnZ2ERoXnI/AAAAAAAAE8s/xLuWoCmkaDo/s1600/XPFEB2%2B02%2BPAPER.JPG" height="261" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The cover of the Mixed Media Journal is very thick book board, which makes a great base for a lot of wet layers, I started by securing strips of vintage paper and Hazel & Ruby Washi Tape with X-Press It TripleTac Glue:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Wtod_5SUFpY/VOnZ7OygrRI/AAAAAAAAE84/Y2RQZ0JT5rE/s1600/XPFEB2%2B03%2BPAPER%2BSTRIPS.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Wtod_5SUFpY/VOnZ7OygrRI/AAAAAAAAE84/Y2RQZ0JT5rE/s1600/XPFEB2%2B03%2BPAPER%2BSTRIPS.JPG" height="310" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Then it was time for layers of little strips of patterned paper, which you can see in this picture if you look closely behind the gesso which I layered over the top:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-p5HgQ35qPVU/VOnZ9j5bJuI/AAAAAAAAE9I/bgYYeJgV0JM/s1600/XPFEB2%2B04%2B%2BGESSO.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-p5HgQ35qPVU/VOnZ9j5bJuI/AAAAAAAAE9I/bgYYeJgV0JM/s1600/XPFEB2%2B04%2B%2BGESSO.JPG" height="400" width="360" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Then it was time to build paper scrolls by rolling strips of vintage paper on an angle and securing them with TripleTac Glue:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-nIZ5LiuOd40/VOnZ8hYrMVI/AAAAAAAAE9A/XHpr0u0peu0/s1600/XPFEB2%2B05%2BPAPER%2BTWIRLS.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-nIZ5LiuOd40/VOnZ8hYrMVI/AAAAAAAAE9A/XHpr0u0peu0/s1600/XPFEB2%2B05%2BPAPER%2BTWIRLS.JPG" height="320" width="261" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
These little beauties are great for making all sorts of flowers, but today I fashioned them into a heart, because I wanted this cover to speak of "Heart for Art":</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-k_SlTo-s0f4/VOnaAwQg4XI/AAAAAAAAE9Q/TmJioviGWv0/s1600/XPFEB2%2B06%2BHEART.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-k_SlTo-s0f4/VOnaAwQg4XI/AAAAAAAAE9Q/TmJioviGWv0/s1600/XPFEB2%2B06%2BHEART.jpg" height="400" width="331" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The scrolls take on layers nicely too, so I opted for some texture paste coloured with paint and pushed through a stencil, with lots of ooze, mess is good for mixed media. It took the stencil to the background in places as well, and also added a little FabScraps sticker for a little more texture:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-PDI0KdJcpbU/VOnaE0Ph98I/AAAAAAAAE9Y/4wmcYK2y4RA/s1600/XPFEB2%2B07%2BSTENCIL.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-PDI0KdJcpbU/VOnaE0Ph98I/AAAAAAAAE9Y/4wmcYK2y4RA/s1600/XPFEB2%2B07%2BSTENCIL.JPG" height="400" width="347" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Next it was time to provide a little more definition to the heart, yellow paint and black outline pen make this easy, you can see the paint in this step and the pen in pictures that follow:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SYepE0dRmpc/VOnaHU-NovI/AAAAAAAAE9o/ImG7PdD9rT0/s1600/XPFEB2%2B08%2BOutline.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SYepE0dRmpc/VOnaHU-NovI/AAAAAAAAE9o/ImG7PdD9rT0/s1600/XPFEB2%2B08%2BOutline.JPG" height="400" width="355" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
The it was time for some lettering, I hunted around in my stash and had trouble finding letters in the right colours, but managed the "heart" in glossy white plastic letters, which I added texture to by covering with dabs of gesso… used gesso also on the VRT s well, to cover the lime green lettering and get it ready for the grey paint… notice the upside down V in this photo… close enough to an A, I say! Clear Gel Glue is my trusty stick anything friend:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-CiwkiIRLH74/VOnaGUAmfkI/AAAAAAAAE9g/qZiRd0Zig24/s1600/XPFEB2%2B09%2BLetters.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-CiwkiIRLH74/VOnaGUAmfkI/AAAAAAAAE9g/qZiRd0Zig24/s1600/XPFEB2%2B09%2BLetters.JPG" height="400" width="387" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
And then for a little final touch, I made these little flower petals from some baby wipes that I used on a previous project to wipe back some paint, they were nice and crunchy and cut well to form this little circle layers which are edges with liner pen:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-zwztyIPt-BU/VOnaJvYLAZI/AAAAAAAAE9w/rk24iXbpDsA/s1600/XPFEB2%2B10%2B%2BFlowers.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-zwztyIPt-BU/VOnaJvYLAZI/AAAAAAAAE9w/rk24iXbpDsA/s1600/XPFEB2%2B10%2B%2BFlowers.JPG" height="400" width="387" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
The flowers were pieced together and to the project with Clear Gel Glue, including the little bead centres, to finish off the journal cover… a little messy introduction to what will no doubt come when I get to test a few more X-Press It products on the inner pages:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-OKvYxfLbABI/VOnaOgLNh0I/AAAAAAAAE98/HqNIyiRMirE/s1600/XPFEB2%2B11%2BFinish.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-OKvYxfLbABI/VOnaOgLNh0I/AAAAAAAAE98/HqNIyiRMirE/s1600/XPFEB2%2B11%2BFinish.jpg" height="400" width="305" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

It could be a pattern paper print, a print from a magazine or a photo.</p> <p align="center"><a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-XE--TwqGPHo/VNiEcflyipI/AAAAAAAAh78/l2IXEkp0-iA/s1600-h/SharmaineKruijver_XPressIt_TripleTac1%25255B6%25255D.jpg"><img title="SharmaineKruijver_XPressIt_TripleTac1" style="border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline" border="0" alt="SharmaineKruijver_XPressIt_TripleTac1" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-gVRc49POmPo/VNiEe6EEaTI/AAAAAAAAh8E/VqpY9jmRxCM/SharmaineKruijver_XPressIt_TripleTac1_thumb%25255B4%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="404" height="404"></a></p> <p align="center">Firstly the photo. <br>The photo is printed straight onto copy paper.<br>Did I mention this technique was easy?<br>It doesn’t matter if it’s inkjet or laser, although laser works better.<br>You will notice my photo is on the dark side.<br>I wasn’t sure how it was going to look once transferred so used the whole process as an experiment.<br><br>Once you’ve selected your canvas and printed off a photo to fit<br>cover the photo side of the paper with TripleTac.</p> <p align="center"><a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-sST0qV_H2y8/VNiEgFUEtxI/AAAAAAAAh8M/-CALFgCYMjM/s1600-h/SharmaineKruijver_XPressIt_TripleTac2%25255B4%25255D.jpg"><img title="SharmaineKruijver_XPressIt_TripleTac2" style="border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline" border="0" alt="SharmaineKruijver_XPressIt_TripleTac2" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-OGDq_SHHIT4/VNiEiEBfyDI/AAAAAAAAh8U/JECNKRSwbX4/SharmaineKruijver_XPressIt_TripleTac2_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="404" height="404"></a></p> <p align="center">Then place this side of the paper down on to your canvas. </p> <p align="center"><a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-bCY2OoXxaAw/VNiEjrtkVQI/AAAAAAAAh8c/FfmJpWk-mn0/s1600-h/SharmaineKruijver_XPressIt_TripleTac3%25255B4%25255D.jpg"><img title="SharmaineKruijver_XPressIt_TripleTac3" style="border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline" border="0" alt="SharmaineKruijver_XPressIt_TripleTac3" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-kRmjbgdnZ4A/VNiElrNFClI/AAAAAAAAh8k/T74BNI7Fims/SharmaineKruijver_XPressIt_TripleTac3_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="404" height="404"></a></p> <p align="center">Allow the glue to dry, you can use a heat gun or allow to dry naturally (which can take a few hours but best results are from waiting 24 hours).</p> <p align="center">Now the great thing about this technique is that you can use the transfer medium on all sorts of things.<br>Transfer on to wood, cardboard or even cardstock. Today is the day that we share the wonders of X-Press It Stencil Sheets which are low tack vinyl sheets that can be used to build masks of your own choosing, it comes in single sheets, perfect to give this great product a go:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-9iUMWi5ZbtA/VMebTRBz16I/AAAAAAAAE5o/7CLRdSsayNQ/s1600/XPFeb%2B01%2BStart.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-9iUMWi5ZbtA/VMebTRBz16I/AAAAAAAAE5o/7CLRdSsayNQ/s1600/XPFeb%2B01%2BStart.JPG" height="250" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Hand cut negative and positive space masks or do what I have done in today's tutorial and put your abundance of die cuts to good use! I have planned my dies out to cut in one pass, but you can cut as you go as well:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-b01inCx6ErI/VMebUFuZgII/AAAAAAAAE5s/6p1a81n6EO8/s1600/XPFeb%2B02%2BLayout.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-b01inCx6ErI/VMebUFuZgII/AAAAAAAAE5s/6p1a81n6EO8/s1600/XPFeb%2B02%2BLayout.JPG" height="332" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
The absolute BEST thing about X-Press It Stencil Sheets is the low tack backing, that allows you to stick the stencil to your project and not worry about leakage when you are drenching with coloured sprays, or spray paint or the like… the tack provides a solid barrier to your card stock, and ensures a clean line, something that can't be achieved with plastic stencils, or a simple cardboard die cut, look at the great results with the chevron background die below. The die cuts through the stencil sheet, and if you are careful with your sandwich width will save the backing sheet, otherwise you can store on a transparency sheet:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-orFtHJxtwOI/VMebWDnTy2I/AAAAAAAAE54/GFDTfBu85nQ/s1600/XPFeb%2B03%2BBackground%2BPlate%2BA.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-orFtHJxtwOI/VMebWDnTy2I/AAAAAAAAE54/GFDTfBu85nQ/s1600/XPFeb%2B03%2BBackground%2BPlate%2BA.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have used the positive space for this project, but you could also use the chevron strips as well, place directly onto card, and a simple press connects the low tack backing to your project:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DCk3SXRcJR8/VMebW360brI/AAAAAAAAE6A/b7FKJxo7ZGM/s1600/XPFeb%2B04%2BBackground%2BPlate%2BB.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DCk3SXRcJR8/VMebW360brI/AAAAAAAAE6A/b7FKJxo7ZGM/s1600/XPFeb%2B04%2BBackground%2BPlate%2BB.JPG" height="342" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Mist up with a spray, and because it has good connection with the card you don't need to worry about puddling the spray:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tUMUeqRdCbE/VMebaDb-WmI/AAAAAAAAE6M/kXgBm7ctaxQ/s1600/XPFeb%2B05%2BBG%2BPlate%2BSpray.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tUMUeqRdCbE/VMebaDb-WmI/AAAAAAAAE6M/kXgBm7ctaxQ/s1600/XPFeb%2B05%2BBG%2BPlate%2BSpray.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Pat off excess, or dry gently with a heat tool:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Qhmp7in9Tdg/VMebZaKddUI/AAAAAAAAE6I/kXp6xajkxX4/s1600/XPFeb%2B06%2BBG%2BPlate%2BWipe.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Qhmp7in9Tdg/VMebZaKddUI/AAAAAAAAE6I/kXp6xajkxX4/s1600/XPFeb%2B06%2BBG%2BPlate%2BWipe.JPG" height="340" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Peel the mask back to reveal the stencilled design:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XmWinH9jryk/VMebciuoXVI/AAAAAAAAE6Y/qyogbcMDxHs/s1600/XPFeb%2B07%2BBG%2BPlate%2BPeel.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XmWinH9jryk/VMebciuoXVI/AAAAAAAAE6Y/qyogbcMDxHs/s1600/XPFeb%2B07%2BBG%2BPlate%2BPeel.JPG" height="373" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Continue to build colour with different masks, these next masks are circles made from stacked circle dies, very simple and easy to use time and time again:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-DqrwSVE1Ck8/VMebfrAcWqI/AAAAAAAAE6o/qaU-zhBUnqY/s1600/XPFeb%2B10%2BCircles%2BCut.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-DqrwSVE1Ck8/VMebfrAcWqI/AAAAAAAAE6o/qaU-zhBUnqY/s1600/XPFeb%2B10%2BCircles%2BCut.JPG" height="376" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
The stencil sheet is flexible enough to overlap and still provide good connection with the base card of your project:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BRnKXKhOwdw/VMebdEri0eI/AAAAAAAAE6c/Er50mSfcpNU/s1600/XPFeb%2B09%2BCircles.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BRnKXKhOwdw/VMebdEri0eI/AAAAAAAAE6c/Er50mSfcpNU/s1600/XPFeb%2B09%2BCircles.JPG" height="346" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Spray a contrasting colour, this time leaving different consistency of colour across the project, so that you can see puddles of red/pink, and also still see the yellow chevron poking through:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-pRt6hTk01qQ/VMebgQ1vGvI/AAAAAAAAE6w/IWTSKvAppZI/s1600/XPFeb%2B11%2BCircles%2BSpray.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-pRt6hTk01qQ/VMebgQ1vGvI/AAAAAAAAE6w/IWTSKvAppZI/s1600/XPFeb%2B11%2BCircles%2BSpray.JPG" height="373" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Don't be afraid to cut fine dies and put them to use, in this example I have used the negative space from a hello die to build a label, make sure you leave a generous border around words that you intend on using the negative space… and keep the positive space hello for future use:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-IL_Z5TjQQQI/VMebhP4hRRI/AAAAAAAAE60/z7tzgLB-7tE/s1600/XPFeb%2B13%2BHello.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-IL_Z5TjQQQI/VMebhP4hRRI/AAAAAAAAE60/z7tzgLB-7tE/s1600/XPFeb%2B13%2BHello.JPG" height="311" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Straight onto a piece of scrap card with plenty of room for the whole stencil:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Ky1rEFW1jYk/VMebiUqYflI/AAAAAAAAE7A/wF5SRRsn4HA/s1600/XPFeb%2B14%2BHello%2BPlace.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Ky1rEFW1jYk/VMebiUqYflI/AAAAAAAAE7A/wF5SRRsn4HA/s1600/XPFeb%2B14%2BHello%2BPlace.JPG" height="357" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Spray, and then cut out with another stencil to build a little sentiment banner:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-nnCkv6tJSk0/VMebjzj1CQI/AAAAAAAAE7I/FqsD8T2x7Tg/s1600/XPFeb%2B15%2BHello%2BInk.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-nnCkv6tJSk0/VMebjzj1CQI/AAAAAAAAE7I/FqsD8T2x7Tg/s1600/XPFeb%2B15%2BHello%2BInk.JPG" height="385" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Stencils and simple white card, can turn into a good splash of colour… </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-LJ3TMMwCOsM/VMehHrFzA-I/AAAAAAAAE7o/K8jFHgfSTnc/s1600/XPFeb%2B16%2BFinal%2BSNAP.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-LJ3TMMwCOsM/VMehHrFzA-I/AAAAAAAAE7o/K8jFHgfSTnc/s1600/XPFeb%2B16%2BFinal%2BSNAP.JPG" height="202" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
X-Press It Stencil Sheets will work with sprays like I have used today, but also any other wet or dry medium… try your copics, airbrushed copics, liner pens, crayons, watercolours, the list is endless!</div>

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-PtC94ZfYJMg/VKeAkEelKnI/AAAAAAAAE2o/PwEwD5rOmoE/s1600/XPDEC%2B1%2BStart.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-PtC94ZfYJMg/VKeAkEelKnI/AAAAAAAAE2o/PwEwD5rOmoE/s1600/XPDEC%2B1%2BStart.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
I was REALLY please to learn that the Tread Plate pattern does NOT dissipate when sticky foil is die cut, this is GOLD…. I am sure if you plate sandwich was firm it might go towards flattening, but my standard sandwich left the tread in place, making it easy to die cut elements from this fabby product:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-zzKbo6WULm8/VKeAnn6x0WI/AAAAAAAAE20/rBrWT74ElgA/s1600/XPDEC%2B2%2BDie%2BCut.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-zzKbo6WULm8/VKeAnn6x0WI/AAAAAAAAE20/rBrWT74ElgA/s1600/XPDEC%2B2%2BDie%2BCut.JPG" height="291" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
Sticky Foil is true to name it has a grid like backing paper that separates easily from the foil, and is then easily pulled back to expose the adhesive and make it ready for adhering to the card I used today:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-414j-PvK_ZE/VKeAmqLqbFI/AAAAAAAAE2w/16MHjxka_mg/s1600/XPDEC%2B3%2BStick.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-414j-PvK_ZE/VKeAmqLqbFI/AAAAAAAAE2w/16MHjxka_mg/s1600/XPDEC%2B3%2BStick.JPG" height="296" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
Another GOLD moment was when I took to the die cut frame with a Copic Marker, I thought I would have to airbrush the Sticky Foil to get the Copic to look as it should, but a few swipes with my trusty 100 Black Copic and the surface of the Sticky Foil was covered, and it left a really funky metallic look to it too… this just opened up a multitude of doors for this product for me!…. :<br />

<br />
Sticky Foil brings a nice touch of clean cut masculine to your card projects, it cuts like butter in a die cutting machine, or on a guillotine, or with a scalpel, the backing peels back easily (SOOO important) and it sticks really well, making open window cards an easy task!<br />
<br />

<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-DODahjXj5Fg/VKeAsr8XulI/AAAAAAAAE3M/s_jFWWkYBa8/s1600/XPDEC%2BFinale%2Bv1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-DODahjXj5Fg/VKeAsr8XulI/AAAAAAAAE3M/s_jFWWkYBa8/s1600/XPDEC%2BFinale%2Bv1.jpg" height="640" width="498" /></a></div>
<br />
If you haven't tried Sticky Foil yet it is time to get it out of your stash and give it a whirl!!!<br />
<br />
I look forward to using this with some different colour combos in the very near future...<br />

Today's tutorial focusses on the use of a basic supply to add wow to your gift wrapping. Gift wrapping comes in many forms and today I am wrapping a present for my newest second cousin, born yesterday, a little fat beauty she is too… so a floral inspired gift wrapping theme was in order. I started by cutting my coral wrapping paper to size, and criss-crossing 3mm and 6mm double sided tape across the front. I have used High Tack tape for durability, but you can also use standard tape for this project:</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7kqtNqiOXPk/VH2762a81hI/AAAAAAAAEyc/u5KlmKcZHXg/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B01%2BSTART.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7kqtNqiOXPk/VH2762a81hI/AAAAAAAAEyc/u5KlmKcZHXg/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B01%2BSTART.JPG" height="320" width="319" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Once the tape is in place, expose the tape and add a little pile of glitter to the centre, rubbing out across the different strips of tape. A good thing to remember with glitter is that the harder you rub the better connection it has with the tape, and the more it will SHINE:</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ixJWs3Yc6_U/VH2764cBZXI/AAAAAAAAEyk/WICKqeboH7g/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B02%2BGlitter.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ixJWs3Yc6_U/VH2764cBZXI/AAAAAAAAEyk/WICKqeboH7g/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B02%2BGlitter.JPG" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Set the paper aside and work on building some flowers. Today I have used simple white cheesecloth , two 15cm lengths and one 30cm length, but you can make these in any size you like. This little set of pictures shows the method:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Step 1: place a strip of 6mm tape along one edge of fabric:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-l14BvLllo5A/VH277WB-SyI/AAAAAAAAEyg/51m1t--G44s/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B03%2BFabric%2B1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-l14BvLllo5A/VH277WB-SyI/AAAAAAAAEyg/51m1t--G44s/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B03%2BFabric%2B1.JPG" height="87" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Step 2: Remove the backing and fold the fabric in half:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-l3DRC64NdYY/VH279WuFGuI/AAAAAAAAEy0/Y8W-aJHpUgM/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B04%2BFabric%2B2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-l3DRC64NdYY/VH279WuFGuI/AAAAAAAAEy0/Y8W-aJHpUgM/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B04%2BFabric%2B2.JPG" height="104" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Step 3: Run another pice of tape along the rough seam:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gE-qkOm0eQc/VH27-WFvdpI/AAAAAAAAEy4/jNwwof8AxbE/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B05%2BFabric%2B3.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gE-qkOm0eQc/VH27-WFvdpI/AAAAAAAAEy4/jNwwof8AxbE/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B05%2BFabric%2B3.JPG" height="117" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Step 4: Remove the backing and pleat the fabric to the outer edge of a circle of card:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lbGwNj_wxoQ/VH27_tNJjLI/AAAAAAAAEzE/Ac9TmyjXYlA/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B06%2BFlower%2B1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lbGwNj_wxoQ/VH27_tNJjLI/AAAAAAAAEzE/Ac9TmyjXYlA/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B06%2BFlower%2B1.JPG" height="272" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
Step 5: Continue to pleat the fabric, moving into the inner circle once you have covered the outer circle:<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-HqQo3YdghlM/VH28BI9Uw5I/AAAAAAAAEzM/Ye0RDQ6TcfM/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B07%2BFlower%2B2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-HqQo3YdghlM/VH28BI9Uw5I/AAAAAAAAEzM/Ye0RDQ6TcfM/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B07%2BFlower%2B2.JPG" height="294" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Repeat this for the 3 lengths of fabric to make a trio of flowers.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Next it is time to wrap the present…. square off the wrapping paper so that the criss-cross of glitter strips sits nicely on the front of the package. I used double sided tape on the edges of the wrapping paper to so that there are clean closures, and no visible tape:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Jgy207xM714/VH28DUJdKNI/AAAAAAAAEzU/47PFly8dAj4/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B09%2BPresent.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Jgy207xM714/VH28DUJdKNI/AAAAAAAAEzU/47PFly8dAj4/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B09%2BPresent.jpg" height="320" width="275" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Place the flowers across the top of the glitter strips, adding die cut leaves, and loopy bows for extra flair… and don't forget to finish off the flower centres with extra embellishments, I have used buttons this time, that co-ordinate with the wrapping paper… each and every element is adhered with double sided tape:</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BJ_O5zHP6h0/VH28ENI6BAI/AAAAAAAAEzc/tSy6JyxjGsg/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B10%2BPresent%2Bw%2BFlowers.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BJ_O5zHP6h0/VH28ENI6BAI/AAAAAAAAEzc/tSy6JyxjGsg/s1600/XP%2BDEC2014%2B10%2BPresent%2Bw%2BFlowers.jpg" height="320" width="285" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
These little flowers are super quick, allow you to use up strips of basic fabric, and bring it all together with simple double sided tape… paper, fabric and glitter all with one basic, everyone has it, product….got to love that!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Today's tutorial takes us to a place close to many hearts…. glitter! I am sure we all have a little, or not so little, stash of glitters in our drawers, some perhaps even unopened like the glitter I unearthed to make Glitter Paint! It is a given in life, that all things are easier with X-Press It TripleTac, and in this case there is no need for expensive glitter glues, just supplies on hand and your trusty TripleTac… here is what I started with today:</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-WnlhfWiawKk/VFjV_zFWJhI/AAAAAAAAEw4/lC2iVfEJCKw/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B01%2BSTART.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-WnlhfWiawKk/VFjV_zFWJhI/AAAAAAAAEw4/lC2iVfEJCKw/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B01%2BSTART.JPG" height="357" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
You have seen me transform chipboard with Copic Markers before, below is the standard treatment of colouring the chipboard directly with a marker that co-ordinates with your patterned papers:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4jrk7WjeJGE/VFjWU5nQP3I/AAAAAAAAExA/jyj0jrNjySA/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B02%2BPen.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4jrk7WjeJGE/VFjWU5nQP3I/AAAAAAAAExA/jyj0jrNjySA/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B02%2BPen.JPG" height="282" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
But when you are getting shabby, you don't necessarily want a matt coloured piece of chipboard, so get your TripleTac out and find a little dash of co-ordinated glitter, I use equal quantities of both, but you can mix the density of the glitter by changing the ratio of TripleTac to Glitter:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-G-kECmDGQSA/VFjWpMB0HeI/AAAAAAAAExI/BlJJD5doixg/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B03%2BMix.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-G-kECmDGQSA/VFjWpMB0HeI/AAAAAAAAExI/BlJJD5doixg/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B03%2BMix.JPG" height="400" width="357" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Simple mix the two together with a paint brush, the glitter paint will look milky as the TripleTac is white until it dries:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-HYAr9lopNK8/VFjW9aODNCI/AAAAAAAAExQ/RXzAx298VYo/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B04%2BMixed.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-HYAr9lopNK8/VFjW9aODNCI/AAAAAAAAExQ/RXzAx298VYo/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B04%2BMixed.JPG" height="400" width="308" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The it is a simple case of using your paint brush to apply the Glitter Paint to your pre-coloured chipboard, with this density of Glitter Paint I needn't have coloured the base first, but I always like to give some assurance just in case any little pieces are peeping through:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZOjkO14nQ5Y/VFjXjnvdBSI/AAAAAAAAExc/QJ0nxNNAuX0/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B05%2BPaint.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZOjkO14nQ5Y/VFjXjnvdBSI/AAAAAAAAExc/QJ0nxNNAuX0/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B05%2BPaint.JPG" height="400" width="388" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Disburse some of the left over Glitter paint on your planned embellishments and card layers, it helps to tie in the elements:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-G1nNrtUs3HI/VFjXw1s40HI/AAAAAAAAExk/SF7DPYO-R-A/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B06%2BScatter.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-G1nNrtUs3HI/VFjXw1s40HI/AAAAAAAAExk/SF7DPYO-R-A/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B06%2BScatter.JPG" height="373" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Then it is a simple case of putting your elements together on a card front:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WmApN2-eRGU/VFjX9UP7eFI/AAAAAAAAExs/thNOsmsez4c/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B07%2BCard.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WmApN2-eRGU/VFjX9UP7eFI/AAAAAAAAExs/thNOsmsez4c/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B07%2BCard.jpg" height="400" width="242" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
From bland to glam in a matter of minutes:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-UqL9uhN6_nU/VFjYhNhigeI/AAAAAAAAEx0/LIwwMKHXxmc/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B99%2BDETAIL.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-UqL9uhN6_nU/VFjYhNhigeI/AAAAAAAAEx0/LIwwMKHXxmc/s1600/XP%2BGlitter%2B99%2BDETAIL.JPG" height="246" width="400" /></a></div>

The great thing about X-Press It tapes is that they come in a variety of sizes, of course you can always split you tape to make smaller sizes, but the cost is moderate, so why not have a variety of sizes all pre-cut ready for use.<br />
<br />
Today's project uses two sizes of tape 3mm and 6mm across the front of a card. Of course I used double sided tape to adhere layers all the time, but thought it would be nice to see the tapes in action today for more display purposes…<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-WiuezY7ixGw/U-zCxByfQVI/AAAAAAAAEtI/hJf0taDBBCk/s1600/IMG_6017.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-WiuezY7ixGw/U-zCxByfQVI/AAAAAAAAEtI/hJf0taDBBCk/s1600/IMG_6017.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
Another fabby X-Press It range is that of Hazel & Ruby, especially their extra fat Washi Tapes, I have used a strip of washi on basic white card to form a band for the front of today's card project:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-vdzn1xsMHo4/U-zCw25LjII/AAAAAAAAEtE/p26feMxhjFA/s1600/IMG_6018.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-vdzn1xsMHo4/U-zCw25LjII/AAAAAAAAEtE/p26feMxhjFA/s1600/IMG_6018.JPG" height="232" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
And then onto the fun of confetti, made from scraps of card that tie into the colours of the washi tape above, with a simple whole punch:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-25b0cN-bZ2M/U-zCzKDX0uI/AAAAAAAAEtU/mYOI8f-UqAU/s1600/IMG_6019.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-25b0cN-bZ2M/U-zCzKDX0uI/AAAAAAAAEtU/mYOI8f-UqAU/s1600/IMG_6019.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
Once the confetti is prepared, it is time to run the tape across the front of the card base, heading in different directions with the two sizes of tape…. to make lift of easier I actually used my scalpel to remove the tape at each overlapping point:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wDFg3jHaTkA/U-zC2ZZD2XI/AAAAAAAAEtc/U2h8j40ywrw/s1600/IMG_6028.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wDFg3jHaTkA/U-zC2ZZD2XI/AAAAAAAAEtc/U2h8j40ywrw/s1600/IMG_6028.JPG" height="400" width="351" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<br /></div>
Then I stuck the washi strip down and commenced dressing with the confetti, removing the 6mm tape first as I wanted to keep the confetti to the 6mm lines:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-OXaNZjDjxaU/U-zC3Ve4d8I/AAAAAAAAEts/LmXhcn9T1nw/s1600/IMG_6029.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-OXaNZjDjxaU/U-zC3Ve4d8I/AAAAAAAAEts/LmXhcn9T1nw/s1600/IMG_6029.JPG" height="395" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
It really is as simple as giving the confetti a good rub, and the tape adheres and holds all the tiny pieces firmly in place:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-V6IB4naoXN8/U-zC2oesWjI/AAAAAAAAEtg/OiK0LS7RbZg/s1600/IMG_6030.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-V6IB4naoXN8/U-zC2oesWjI/AAAAAAAAEtg/OiK0LS7RbZg/s1600/IMG_6030.JPG" height="300" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
This technique is repeated with fine glitter on the 3mm strips of tape:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DqnvEykwNsM/U-zDF4mMknI/AAAAAAAAEuE/vLmHBMzgxoI/s1600/IMG_6032.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DqnvEykwNsM/U-zDF4mMknI/AAAAAAAAEuE/vLmHBMzgxoI/s1600/IMG_6032.JPG" height="213" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
And a little word die cut coloured with a Copic Marker to match the card/washi colours:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-YjrQP21WLW4/U-zC5reHqQI/AAAAAAAAEt0/W-rL_NeM7tA/s1600/IMG_6034.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-YjrQP21WLW4/U-zC5reHqQI/AAAAAAAAEt0/W-rL_NeM7tA/s1600/IMG_6034.jpg" height="260" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
And then it was about finishing off the card with a flower and leaves…<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Ma8BNV4YizA/U-zC-HTWtII/AAAAAAAAEt8/QRaz0xf49zY/s1600/IMG_6038.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Ma8BNV4YizA/U-zC-HTWtII/AAAAAAAAEt8/QRaz0xf49zY/s1600/IMG_6038.JPG" height="292" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Simple everyday products like double sided adhesive tape have many uses, try using your tapes on the outside of your projects next time you are in your creative space, it's affordable and fun!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-XdGXqstgjGM/U-zDNCMEp7I/AAAAAAAAEuM/Bj9Xi_rPOFQ/s1600/XP+Aug+FINALE.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-XdGXqstgjGM/U-zDNCMEp7I/AAAAAAAAEuM/Bj9Xi_rPOFQ/s1600/XP+Aug+FINALE.jpg" height="640" width="408" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
